We had to conduct 500 surveys of parents and their children between the age group of 6 to 17 years across Australia within a tight time-line of 4 weeks. Furthermore, we had to adhere to the quotas specified for each state and make sure that every interview lasted for at least 30 minutes, which by all means was a difficult task, given that the task involved dealing with young individuals.

We started by creating a B2C database which was capable of supporting 500 surveys along with the specified number of quotas for each state. Next, we created interview screens by using industry leading CATI application and provided an efficient training program that was tailor made to meet the customer’s needs. Furthermore, we included mechanisms to capture 100% of data from the screening process and incorporated provisions to relay this information to the client on a daily basis.

Finally, we made it a point to ensuring that the surveys were conducted in a personalized and conversational style so that both parents and children were engrossed and involved in the entire process.
